Privacy Policy
Floating App Note ("the app", "we", "us") lets you pin short notes that float over specific apps you choose. This policy explains what the app accesses, why, and what leaves your device. We do not sell your personal data.
1. Summary
- Your notes and settings stay on your device. We do not upload or read them.
- The app detects which app is in the foreground locally, to decide when to show a note. This detection never leaves your device.
- Data leaves your device only when you (a) submit feedback, or (b) are shown ads (non-premium).
- No account, no sign-in, no tracking profile built by us.
2. Data stored on your device

This data is held in the app's private local storage and is removed when you uninstall the app.
3. Data sent off the device
Feedback (only when you submit it)
If you use the in-app feedback form, we send only what is needed to read and reply:

Feedback is sent only when you tap submit. Skip the form and nothing is sent.
Advertising (non-premium users)
The free version shows ads via Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads, per Google's policies. See Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses data. Premium users see no ads, and ad SDKs are not initialized.
4. Permissions and why we use them

| App list query (package visibility) | Show launchable apps in the picker so you can choose which apps a note floats over. The list stays on device. |
5. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Data retention & deletion
On-device data is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. To delete feedback you submitted, contact us at the email below and we will remove it.
7. Security
Network traffic uses HTTPS (cleartext is disabled). On-device data lives in the app's private storage sandbox.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
